We will begin the “Healthy Snack Share Day” on March 6th. I will put a sign-up sheet next to the sign-in binder where you can pick a day and write down an item. We will only be sharing once a week per class (2 kids per week), so a new sign-up sheet will be put up every month.
Because this is just to introduce the kids to new fruits and vegetables, please do not expect to buy a lot of something. I plan to just give each child a few pieces to try. Some examples would be: 1 cucumber for the class, 12 individual Cuties, 1 large head of broccoli (we can break up into florets), 1 pineapple, etc.
